I was contacted by this dealership’s Manager-Service Department and asked to take down my initial review concerning the inability to get a response from my Service Advisor about the 2.4k+ worth of work being performed on my Camaro SS. Took 2011 Malibu in because check engine light was on. Was told after a $230.. diagnostic test it needed a water pump and a timing chain, almost $4000. worth of work to pass inspection and turn off the check engine light. Went somewhere else and they changed the thermostat, a sensor and a tie rod end at a 1/4 of the price. Reception area for the vehicles very nice and clean, the man that prepared the car for the service area was very nice in asking did we need anything in the car before he took it away, which I thought was a great service, although we had attended to that.

Most of my experiences have been unacceptable, to put it mildly, but ever since I’ve started working with Trevor Rines I have had a much better time. Both times Trevor took care of my car I had smooth experiences, he communicated the status of my vehicle during the day, and I was able to pick my car up before closing. Nas was more concerned about other customers who were spending more money than us. He also treated my wife like she didn't know what she was talking about when she mentioned the ac going out. We had to put more AC coolant in it the second day we had it, as well as break fluid. We will recommend the dealership, but not him.

I broke down when I was on a trip through St. Louis over the holiday weekend. Everything was closed, so I had my car towed to this dealership and headed home in a rental. I thought it would take days for them to even look at my car, but they had it fixed in a day and at a very reasonable price! Dennis was the one that worked with me, and he is FANTASTIC! I absolutely recommend this place!

None of the staff was very friendly outside of the sales representative. Did not accept discount code even thought I was told to bring it in. I ALWAYS service my vehicle at Don Brown and have purchased my last three vehicles from Don Brown. I have never thought of purchasing anywhere else. My salesman Paul and the Business Manager Chris were truly exceptional!

I had an appointment for an ID/OD inspection and it took them over 2 hours to read two numbers off my car. When I asked for a time estimate after 90 minutes they treated me like I was ridiculous for asking and gave no information. There is no reason to have appointments if they do not matter.

Employee error caused me to get my car an entire day late and caused me a lot of pain as I'm physically disabled and had to haul my wheelchair around for two hours because they wouldn't give me my keys which had my apartment keys on them. Please don't go here. I get the impression they don't know what they're doing and don't care how their actions negatively effect those around them.

I was waiting in the waiting room to get my oil changed from 7:30 to 9:00. When I asked, they said they had not started it yet because they were short handed. They compensated me for the oil change, but I was very disappointed, as it was a huge inconvenience for me to have to leave my car there and get a ride to work and then another ride to pick it up. I may consider taking my business elsewhere
