Sterling was awesome to deal with! We found the car on Facebook over the weekend and I messaged him. He answered outside of business hours which was great! He made the buying process super simple as well. In and out in not time. Probably the quickest we’ve ever bought a car! Terrell made the financing portion a breeze as well. Overall great experience with Sterling and Terrell, they both had a great sense of humor as well! Vehicle even had an issue and they let us bring it back immediately, gave us a loaner and fixed it. 10/10 would recommend!

Do not use their service department avoid it like the plague! They can’t communicate when service taker is out and apparently if the up front service taker is out on medical leave no one steps in to take care of her cars that she has scheduled for service! They just sit there til she gets back! My car was there 4 days short of a month! Went there in person and was told it would be done the next day it wasn’t!Finally after a xxxxxx off phone call the car got done. Steer clear of the service dept.
I had a scheduled appointment for my 2016 Chevy Traverse to see why it intermittently starts. I dropped off at 7:30 am mind you with a scheduled preplanned appointment. Get a call around 9:00 am at work saying that they started it 3 times and it started fine. If they do a diagnostic it would cost $400 dollars I said okay find. Then the service tech says well you would have to reschedule that appointment or we will need you to leave your car for a couple of days. the point of scheduling an appointment is to get it checked out. I had a really good experience, I already knew what vehicle I wanted to look at. Paul went over vehicle features with me and then we took the car for a ride. We went over purchase options, he explained everything and made it really easy to understand, I never felt rushed.
I had my first oil change on my new Trailblazer at Don Brown today. Easy to set up appointment, service tech was friendly. Nice to have a library across the street to wait at. Texted me when finished, gave me a free car wash across the street.
They need better mechanics and advisors in their service department! Went to have an alignment, for them to say I need new outer tie rods but they are already new.

I always had pleasant experiences with people at Don Brown from the help desk to the mechanics and shuttle service and give me confidence with my car driving.
I was contacted by this dealership’s Manager-Service Department and asked to take down my initial review concerning the inability to get a response from my Service Advisor about the 2.4k+ worth of work being performed on my Camaro SS.
In good faith, I took the review down after being reassured by Pam-Customer Service Manager that they would be able to provide a great experience moving forward.
Over the timespan of one week, I’ve had ONE 3 minute conversation by phone with my Advisor during the initial car intake process.

Took 2011 Malibu in because check engine light was on. Was told after a $230.. diagnostic test it needed a water pump and a timing chain, almost $4000. worth of work to pass inspection and turn off the check engine light. Went somewhere else and they changed the thermostat, a sensor and a tie rod end at a 1/4 of the price. The check engine light went out the error codes were gone and it passed inspection and running fine for over a month. Stay away from this service department . Terrible service after sale. Sold us an electric vehicle and the battery does not fully charge. Saleman Paul DeYoung will not return calls and make the issue right. When the secretary does answer, she is rude. Do not buy from Don Brown.

Reception area for the vehicles very nice and clean, the man that prepared the car for the service area was very nice in asking did we need anything in the car before he took it away, which I thought was a great service, although we had attended to that.
I have been bringing my car to Don Brown for service since I bought it from them a couple years ago. Most of my experiences have been unacceptable, to put it mildly, but ever since I’ve started working with Trevor Rines I have had a much better time. Both times Trevor took care of my car I had smooth experiences, he communicated the status of my vehicle during the day, and I was able to pick my car up before closing. As long as I can keep working with Trevor I will continue bringing my car to Don Brown.

I brought my car in, process was professionally done as expected, representative contacted me when my vehicle was completed and the shuttle picked me up. I am completely satisfied with the service receive and the interactions with staff.
Nas was more concerned about other customers who were spending more money than us. He also treated my wife like she didn't know what she was talking about when she mentioned the ac going out. We had to put more AC coolant in it the second day we had it, as well as break fluid. We will recommend the dealership, but not him.

Tool new car in for Zilon treatment, had to have it done 2x because they didn't even wash the car prior to application. Got the car back scratched and dealership won't take ownership for scratching a brand new suv. Terrible service, won't go back or recomend to anyone
